摘要
针对离散型车间存在的现场数据釆集手段落后、物料配送低效混乱等问题,提出一种基于无线射频识别(Radio Frequency Idenfication,RFID)物联网的离散型车间物料输送系统。该系统作为离散型制造执行系统(Manufacturing Execution System,MES)的基本组成部分,为离散型MES提供RFID设备采集的实时生产进程信息和物料输送信息。并接收离散型MES发出的物料输送命令,然后运行实时路径优化算法,以最短的路径将物料送往目的地。
According to the field data acquisition has backward and inefficient material distribution confusion in discrete work-shop,presenting a discrete workshop material conveying system based on RFID internet of things.As a basic part of discrete MES,it provides real-time production process and materials transportation information collecting by the RFID equipment for the discrete MES.And receiving a discrete MES issued material conveying commands,and then run the real-time path optimization al-gorithm,conveying material to the destination by the shortest path.
