高温水溶性聚乙烯醇包装薄膜的研究进展

The Recent Progress of High-Temperature Water-Soluble PVA Packaging Film

水溶性聚乙烯醇薄膜是聚乙烯醇薄膜的一种,根据其醇解度的不同可分为高温水溶和低温水溶两种。目前我国高温水溶性聚乙烯醇薄膜由于生产工艺及技术水平等原因不能生产,全部依赖于进口。本文对高温水溶性聚乙烯醇包装薄膜作了简要的介绍,同时对改善薄膜耐低温水的方法进行了总结,并对未来高温水溶性聚乙烯醇包装薄膜的生产和应用做出了展望。

Water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol film was one kind of PVA film,according to the degree of hydrolysis,which can be divided into two kinds,namely high-temperature water-soluble and low-temperature water-soluble.Due to limitation of manufacturing technique and other factors,the high-temperature water-soluble PVA films were wholly reliant on import. A brief introduction on the high-temperature water-soluble PVA packaging film was put forward. The methods of how to improve resistance against low-temperature water were summarized. At last,the prospects of production and wild applying were looked forward.
