摘要
针对我公司低温甲醇洗系统自原始开车以来发现的问题进行原因分析,探讨了如何通过工艺控制和技术改造来提高低温甲醇洗系统的脱硫和脱碳能力,达到降低变换气中硫含量,延长甲烷化合成催化剂的使用寿命,提高天然气产量的目的。
The main problems and deficiencies in designation existed in the rectisol system of Datang International Keshiketeng Coal Gas Co.,Ltd. were discussed. How to improve desulfurization and decarbonization capacity of the rectisol system through process control and transformation was presented to achieve the aim of diminish sulfur content of coal gas,prolong methanation synthetic catalyst use life and increases gas production.
