核电水室封头高效切削加工及刀具失效分析 被引量:6

摘要 水室封头是AP1000核岛核电站中蒸汽发生器的重要零部件,是典型的核电大型异型零部件.水室封头的整个加工过程复杂,工艺要求严格,刀具破损情况严重,生产效率极低,因此严重影响我国核电工业的发展.从水室封头加工工艺、水室封头材料SA508Ⅲ钢的加工特性、水室封头加工刀具的主要破损形式及原因等几方面进行分析和探讨,并对水室封头加工过程进行虚拟加工分析,针对水室封头加工的特点提出几种延长刀具寿命措施,并设计了专用层切车刀和仿形铣刀片,从而为提高水室封头切削加工效率和刀具寿命提供支持. Water chamber head is the important part,which is used for the steam generator of AP1000 nuclear island nuclear power plant.It is a typical nuclear power parts that is large-scale and deformed; the complex entire process of water chamber head,demanding process,serious tool breakage condition and low productivity seriously affect the development of China' s nuclear power industry.Water chamber head processing,processing characteristics of the water chamber head material SA508 Ⅲ steel and the main damage form and the reason of chamber head machining tools are mainly discussed in this paper.And it makes virtual simulation for water chamber head processing.It also puts forward several projects to extend tool life and improve cutting efficiency aiming at the characteristics of water chamber head machining.What' s more,special layer cutting tool and Profiling milling cutter are designed to greatly improve the cutting efficiency of water chamber head.
