基于法约尔理论谈辅导员工作执行力的提高

The Research on the Improvement of Counselors Work Execution Based on Fayol's Theory

法约尔是法国古典管理学家之一,他提出的管理理论即管理职能的五要素和管理的十四条原则,是管理学中的一个重要里程碑。学生是高等院校组织的主体,而负责学生管理工作的辅导员的工作执行力是学生工作有效开展的保障,因此,提升高校辅导员工作执行力具有重要的意义。基于《高等学校辅导员职业能力标准(暂行)》中对辅导员提出的职业能力要求,结合法约尔的管理理论,提出了"五个坚持",以提高高校辅导员的工作执行力。

Henry Fayol is one of the classical management theorists, whose management theory is an important milestone of human management. Fayol proposed the five management elements and the 14 management principles. Students are the main members of higher education organizations, and the work execution of the counselor, who is responsible for student management, is the most important factor to protect the student work effectively, and to enhance the execution of college counselors work is of great significance. Based on Fayol management theory, counselors＇ work content and task, this paper discussed how to improve the college counselors＇ work execution.
