摘要
采用保温补贴与冷铁设置对中碳合金钢铸件(辊圈)进行了集中补缩的工艺设计,相比于常规铸造工艺方法,冒口数量从8个减少到2个,工艺出品率从58%提高至73%,不仅节约了钢液量,也减少了铸件后期的清理工作。并利用CAE软件对工艺进行了优化与验证,设置了补浇工艺参数。铸后检验表明,工艺满足铸件质量要求,在现有生产条年下顺利生产出合格的铸件。
Comparing with normal casting process,adopting insulating pads design and chills set in concentrated feeding process of medium carbon alloy steel castings (rollers) has decreased the amount of risers from 8 to 2 while the yield of casting has improved from 58% to 73%.This process design can not only save iron melt,but also reduce casting cleaning work in the later stage.At the same time,CAE software was used to optimize and verify the process by setting casting process parameters.The production shows that the process meets the requirements of casting quality and enables current casting production conditions to produce qualified castings successfully.
