摘要
对海绵钛还原生产过程进行了热量平衡分析,分析表明:还原反应期间,反应热是热量的主要来源。热态氯化镁、反应物及设备的高温物理热、对反应器进行风冷和水冷造成的热量损失是热量损失的主要来源。因此,生产过程中,应保证生产过程连续性,做好还原工序与电解工序之间的物流能流的有效衔接,充分利用设备和物料物理热,优化电炉加热制度,减少热量损失。
In this paper heat balance of the production of titanium sponge was analyzed. The result showed that the reaction heat was main energy source during the reduction reaction, the main source of heat loss were the high temperature physical heat of the thermal state of magnesium chloride, reactants and equipment and the heat loss of air cooled and water cooled for the reactor. During the production process, continuity of production process should be ensured and the effective convergence of logistics and energy flow between reduction and electrolysis process should be prepared to make full use of equipments and materials physical heat then the heat system of furnaces was optimized in order to reduce the heat loss.
