摘要
简略的介绍了采用Ms2000激光粒度分析仪对六家企业不同来源、不同循环使用次数、并具有一定代表性氧化铝源谱分析,确定了铝电解烟气净化系统氧化铝不同循环次数的粒度分布及PM2.5颗粒的分布,明确了新鲜氧化铝中2.5微米以下颗粒含量很低,而国产氧化铝被滤袋捕集下来的循环氧化铝粒度分布峰值区域为30—45微米,循环使用两次以上的氧化铝中2.5微米以下超细颗粒体积比占1.661%以上;当提高氧化铝和烟气的混合效率和提高净化系统氧化铝循环次数时,氟净化效率提高,氧化铝含氟量增加,氧化铝破损量增加,超细粒子增加。
The test analysis of alumina with representativeness, different cycle number and different source from six companies was carried out by Ms2000 laser particle size analyzer, alumina particle size distribution of different cycle number from pot fume dry scrubbing system, and the distribution of PM2.5 particle size were confirmed. It was shown that the less than 2.5 micron particles in fresh alumina were very low and distribution peak area of the particle size of cycle alumina collected in filter bags was 30 - 45mieron, ultra fine particles of less than 2.5micron in cycle alumina which the cycle number was more than 2 times were more than 1. 661% of volume. When improving of the mixing efficiency of alumina and flue gas and cycle number of alumina in scrubbing system, the removal efficiency of fluoride improved, and the fluoride content in alumina improved, then alumina breakage improved finally ultra fine particles increased.
