面向中医药方剂配伍规律的信息分析技术概述

An Overview of Information Analysis Technology for the Rule of Chinese Medicine Prescription Compatibility

本文从方剂配伍规律的信息分析研究方向与信息分析技术常用方法两个方面来概述,需要注意的是在方剂配伍规则研究中,计算机所得出的结果必须依靠领域专家用领域知识对其进行去粗取精、去伪存真的加工,才能从中找出真正有用的知识。目前利用信息技术方法对方剂配伍规律的研究取得了一定成绩,但挖掘层次多集中在药对、药组或药症、症证关联等局部信息的揭示上,从理—法—方—药整体层次对方剂的综合配伍规律进行探讨不多。随着新技术和研究的不断深入,相信方剂配伍规律的研究方法会更加丰富,对指导临床和新药开发具有重要意义。

This paper gives an overview of the research directions of information analysis technology and information analysis methods commonly used for prescription compatibility rule study. It is necessary to note that in prescription compatibility study the final results rely on the domain knowledge of experts in order to find really useful knowledge, other than derived from computer only. Therefore, the computer-assisted studyof prescription compatibility rule must be people-oriented, human-machine combination. Current research methods using information technology has already made some achievements for prescription compatibility rule study, but they are concentrated mostly in the level of mining drug pair, medicated group or drug disorders, and disorders correlations, revealed with local information, and it is rare to discuss the rule in the level of integration of theory-method-prescription-drugs. We believe that there will be more means to study the rule of prescription compatibility with development of new technologies and research methods, this has great importance for clinical and drug development.
