大学生就业能力的提升对于解决医学院校大学生就业难、提高大学生就业率具有重要意义。分析了大学生就业能力的构成及大学生就业能力提升的意义,通过用人单位对大学生就业能力的期望和评价着手,从大学生角度提出了医学大学生就业能力的培养策略。

Improving employment ability of Undergraduates of medical college students to solve the difficult employment, improving the employment rate to have the vital significance. This paper analyzes the significance of College Students＇ employment ability structure and employment ability promotion, by the employer expectations and evaluation of College Students＇ employment ability to proceed, and puts forward strategies for cultivating medical students＇ employment ability from the perspective of University students.
