摘要
以对苯二氨基二苯醚(ODA)为二胺单体,联苯四甲酸二酐(BPDA)为二酐单体,经缩聚反应得到聚酰胺酸,然后加入炭黑、表面活性剂,超声分散处理后,涂膜、热亚胺化制备了黑色聚酰亚胺(PI)薄膜。探讨黑色PI薄膜形成过程的主要影响因素,并对其拉伸强度、热性能等进行测试分析。结果表明:随炭黑含量的增加,PI膜的透光率逐渐下降,当炭黑质量分数为3%以上时,薄膜基本不透光;表面活性剂的加入,提高了黑色PI膜的力学性能,但并不影响其热稳定性。
We synthesized a polyamide acid by polycondensation reaction using 4, 4'-diaminodiphenylether (ODA) as diamine monomer and biphenyl tetracarboxylic dianhydride (BPDA) as dianhydride monomer,and the carbon black and surfactant were added to the polyamide acid, then treated by ultrasonic. Ablack PI film was prepared by coating and thermal imidization process. The main influence factors in theformation process of black PI film were discussed, and its tensile strength and thermal properties weretested. The results show that the light transmittance of the PI film decreases with the increase of carbonblack content. When the mass fraction of carbon black is above 3%, there is almost no light through thefilm. The mechanical properties of the black PI film are improved by the addition of surfactant, but itsthermal stability is not affected.
