The Ecosystem of Innovative Enterprise and Its Key Elements:——Based on Enterprise Ecological Theory

文章基于生态理论建立一个创新型企业生态系统模型,并梳理出三类关键要素:主体要素、功能要素和环境要素。孵化器、大学和科研机构、上下游企业和为企业提供金融支持的相关机构作为主体要素存在,他们需要紧密协作,以使整个商业生态系统获得稳定和利益的提升。两大功能要素——人才和资本,是主体要素获取创新能量的源头,良好的地理环境和社会环境是创新型企业生态系统中的关键环境要素。

Based on the ecological theory, the paper constructs an innovative enterprise ecosystem model and sorts out threetypes of key elements： main elements, functional elements and environmental elements. The main elements include incuba.tors, universities and research institutes, upstream and downstream enterprises, and institutions that provide financial servic.es for enterprises. The main elements have to work closely in order to maintain stability of the business ecosystem and en.hance its interests. The functional elements include talent and capital, which drive the main elements to achieve innovation.The environmental elements include good geographical and social environment.
