左氧氟沙星和莫西沙星注射剂常见配伍禁忌

Incompatibility of levofloxacin and moxifloxacin injection

目的：归纳总结左氧氟沙星、莫西沙星注射剂的配伍禁忌。方法：收集2001年1月～2014年6月国内公开发表的关于左氧氟沙星、莫西沙星的配伍禁忌的文章，进行总结分析。结果：共有39种药物与左氧氟沙星注射剂存在配伍禁忌，21种药物与莫西沙星注射剂存在配伍禁忌。配伍常出现变色、浑浊、产生沉淀等现象，溶液的pH值、温度、金属离子等会对环丙沙星、左氧氟沙星、莫西沙星溶液的稳定性产生影响。结论：左氧氟沙星、莫西沙星等喹诺酮类药物注射剂与其他许多药物存在配伍禁忌，不应与其他药物配伍，临床使用时应选择生产厂家提供或规定的专用溶剂作溶媒，现配现用，尽量缩短在光线中暴露的时间。

Objietive：To summarize the incompatibility of levofloxacin and moxifloxacin injection. Methods：The articles about incompatibility published during 2001～2013 were collected and analyzed. Results： There are 39 drugs existence incompatibility with levofloxacin injection, and 21 drugs existence incompatibility with moxifloxacin injection. Discoloration, muddy and precipitation were the main appearance. The influencing factors of incompatibility were pH value, temperature and metal ion. Conclusions：levofloxacin and moxifloxacin injection existence incompatibility with many drugs, so, they should not combined use with other drugs. These two drugs should be the solvent provide form manufacturers, and use as soon as dissolve.
