Application of polymeric micelles as new nanocarriers in cancer diagnosis and therapy

摘要 聚合物胶束(polymeric micelles,PMs)作为一种新型的纳米载体具有很多的优势,能够通过被动靶向、主动靶向及物理化学敏感等方式递送药物至靶位并控制释药,可装载多种物质如抗肿瘤药物、显影剂、基因药物等,应用广泛尤其是用于肿瘤的诊断和治疗。本文首先对PMs的基本知识进行了简单介绍,并重点综述了PMs作为一种新型纳米载体在肿瘤治疗与诊断方面的应用,为肿瘤的治疗提供新的思路和依据。 Polymeric micelles (PMs) have many advantages as new nanocarriers. They were widely stud- ied as drug delivery vectors especially for cancer diagnosis and treatment. Drugs such as chemotherapy agents, con- trast agents and genes that loaded in PMs could be delivery to disease sites through passive, active and physico- chemical stimulated targeting ways, thus improving the diagnosis and treatment efficiencies. In this review, the bas- ic knowledge about PMs was introduced firstly, and the new ideas and advances in the application of PMs especially for cancer diagnosis and treatment were summarized.
