护理操作项目难度维度及维度权重的研究

Study on the difficulty dimensions and dimension weight of nursing skills

目的确定护理操作项目难度评价的维度以及各维度的权重,为护理操作项目难度系数的评价提供客观依据。方法通过回顾文献、半结构访谈以及专家论证会,确定评价护理操作项目难度的维度,并运用层次分析法确定各维度权重。结果最终得到操作技能复杂程度、操作者要求、操作负荷强度和操作风险4个难度维度,各维度权重依次为0.3354、0.2017、0.1176和0.3455。结论研究得到的护理操作项目难度维度数量适中、涵盖全面,维度权重合理。医院在施行绩效考核的过程中,护理管理者应加强护理工作量统计的合理性,体现护理操作项目技术含量、强度及风险等难度方面的差异,充分调动护士的工作积极性。

Objective To determine the difficulty dimensions of nursing skills and the weight of each dimension. Methods The difficulty dimensions of nursing skills were identified by using literature reviews,semi-structured interviews and expert discussion meeting. Analytic hierarchy process（AHP） was used to determine the dimension weight. Results Four difficulty dimensions were identified,including the complexity,staff requirements,workload intensity and the risk. The difficulty weight of each dimension was 0.3354,0.2017,0.1176 and 0.3455,respectively. Conclusion The difficulty dimension and dimension weight are scientific and reasonable. Nursing managers should improve the rationality of nursing workload measurement and fully embody the level of technology,intensity and risk of nursing skills to motivate nurses＇ enthusiasm.
