58%吡虫啉·高效氯氟氰菊酯悬浮剂的制备

Preparation of Imidacloprid·Lambda-cyhalothrin 58% SC

[目的]吡虫啉与高效氯氟氰菊酯复配制备高含量悬浮剂混剂。[方法]利用湿法砂磨加工工艺,对58%吡虫啉·高效氯氟氰菊酯悬浮剂的配方中各个组分进行筛选和优化。[结果]该制剂的较优配方:吡虫啉50%,高效氯氟氰菊酯8%,SC209 3%,YUS-SC3 1%,1602#3%,乙二醇5%,白炭黑1.5%,黄原胶0.15%,苯甲酸钠0.2%,消泡剂0.4%,水补足至100%。[结论]该制剂性能指标的检测结果显示其各项控制项目指标均符合悬浮剂的相关标准。

[Aims] The mixed insecticides of imidacloprid and lambda-cyhalothrin were prepared in the high content formulation of aqueous suspension concentrate（SC）. [Methods] The components of imidacloprid·lambda-cyhalothrin58% SC were screened and optimized through wet milling process. [Results] The optimum formula was as follows：imidacloprid 50.0%, lambda-cyhalothrin 8.0%, SC209 3.0%, YUS-SC3 1.0%, 1602# 3%, glycol 5.0%, silica 1.5%,xanthan gum 0.15%, sodium benzoate 0.2%, defoamer 0.4%, water up to 100%. [Conclusions] The results of the formulation physical-chemical properties tests showed that all item indexs met the relative standards of SC.
