摘要
针对水电站弃水形成的原因,分析了水电生产的各个环节对弃水电量的影响,提出了弃水电量的分类原则,针对水电站的不同调节能力制定了相应的弃水电量计算方法,计算实例结果表明该法能更客地观反映各类原因造成的弃水电量,避免将不可用来水计入弃水电量,合理评价计量有调节水电站多蓄水量相应的弃水电量。
Based on the causes of water abandon of hydropower station, the impacts of each aspect of hydropower production on abandoned water power are analyzed. The classification principles of abandoned water power are proposed and the calculating methods of abandoned water power for hydropower stations with different regulation capacity are also developed. The case calculations show that the calculation methods can objectively reflect actual amount of abandoned water power of different type of hydropower station and avoid the unavailable water being counting in abandoned water.
