摘要 以原子吸收光谱仪的实验教学为例,明确仪器分析实验课程的主要教学目标,即"使学生掌握大型仪器的基本操作技能和提高学生创新能力",围绕这个教学目标,对仪器分析实验课程教学体系进行重新构建,对原有的实验教学内容、方法和手段及教学形式进行改革和调整,提出了现场预习制度、添加设计性实验、开放实验室、增添条件实验等教学改革内容。并且,在仪器分析实验教学中,强化学生实验技能,采取集中安排、分段运行,课内与课外结合,突破教学时间、空间限制,形成实验教学新模式,有利于提高仪器分析实验课堂教学质量,从而提高了实验教学效果,全面提高学生综合能力和创新能力。 The experimental course of instrumental analysis is an important segment in training students ' quality and plays an important role in improving the teaching quality of instrument analysis. Based on the main objective of atomic absorption spectrophotometer experimental course,the main teaching objective is to let students master the basic operation technology of the instrument and cultivate creative abilities. Around the objective,this article makes the reform of the teaching system. It includes teaching content,teaching methods,teaching tools and teaching form of the instrument analysis experiment. We put forward the on-site preview systems,add creative able experiments,open laboratories,and enrich the parameters experimental etc. In the teaching of instrumental analysis experiment,teaching sites and teaching time are integrated. The teaching time and space constraints are broken to form a new mode of teaching. It is found that these measures can improve the teaching quality. The result shows the effectiveness of the experiment. And the comprehensive creative abilities of students are improved evidently.
