摘要
目的研究多发性骨髓瘤X线、CT及MRI的临床表现,为今后临床诊断提供参考和借鉴,提高对多发性脊髓瘤的诊断水平。方法选取2012年1月-2013年1月期间我院收治的76例多发性脊髓瘤患者为研究对象,所有患者均经病理证实和临床确诊为多发性脊髓瘤,根据其临床资料进行回顾性分析和总结,探讨多发性骨髓瘤X线、CT及MRI的临床表现。结果 24例联合X线、CT及MRI三种方式检查的患者其诊断正确率为100%,而X线诊断的正确率要低于CT及MRI的诊断正确率,p〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义;CT与MRI两者相比,p〉0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论 X线、CT及MRI对多发性骨髓瘤的诊断具有重要的价值,其影像表现具有一定的特征性,X线的分辨率比较高,可以对患者的全身骨骼进行综合评估,而CT及MRI对病变组织及肿块的敏感性高于X线,可以作为X线的补充,X线、CT及MRI综合利用,共同诊断多发性骨髓瘤,可以提高诊断的正确率,值得在临床实践中广泛的应用和推广。
Objective This paper is to study clinical manifestations of multiple myeloma of X-ray, CT and MRI, to providing references for clinical diagnosis in the future, and to improve the diagnosi level of of multiple myeloma. Methods Seventy six patients with multiple myeloma admitted by this hospital during the period from January, 2012 to January 2013 were selected as research subjects, all patients were confirmed to suffer from multiple myeloma by the pathology and clinical diagnosis, retrospective analysis and summary were conducted according to clinical data, clinical manifestations of multiple myeloma of X-ray, CT and MRI were explored. Results The diagnosis accuracy of 24 patients by combining thee ways including X-ray, CT and MRI hit 100%, and diagnostic accuracy of X-ray lower than that of CT and MRI, p 0.05, the differences were statistically significant. When CT was compared to MRI, p 0.05, there was no statistically significant difference. Conclusions X-ray, CT and MRI deliver important value on the diagnosis of multiple myeloma, and their image performances pose certain characteristics, the resolution of X-ray is higher, and it is capable of conducting comprehensive evaluation on skeletons of patients' whole bodies, while the sensibility of CT and MRI on diseased tissues and tumor is higher than that of X-ray, it may be used to supplement X-ray, comprehensive utilization of X-ray, CT and MRI, jointly diagnose multiple myeloma, and it can improve the accuracy of diagnosis, being worthy of wide application and promotion in clinical practices.
