摘要
为使贵州某中低品位钙镁质磷矿石得到有效利用,对其进行了反浮选试验研究,通过单因素和正交试验方法确定了合适的粗选药剂制度。结果表明,采用组合抑制剂YHZ-1和YHZ-2、新型脂肪酸类捕收剂GJBW,通过一次粗选工艺流程,获得了精矿P2O5品位为35.18%,精矿P2O5回收率为81.91%的浮选指标。
Reverse flotation tests were conducted to make effective use of the calcium magnesium phosphate ore with mid-low grade in Guizhou province.The suitable roughing reagent regime was determined by single factor and orthogonal tests.The results showed that a concentrate of P2O5 with grade 35.18% was obtained with P2O5 recovery of 81.91% by adopting one roughing process with a new fatty acid collector of GJBW and combined depressants of YHZ-1and YHZ-2.
