General Situation of Asian-Pacific Region Oil Products Market and Its Trade Strategies

摘要 我国新增炼油能力大量投产、油品需求增长放缓,已造成国内炼油能力明显过剩,预计未来国内炼厂将承受巨大压力,加大产品出口是国内炼厂的重要选择。但亚太地区炼油能力也已过剩,如日本、韩国通过大量出口油品化解国内产能;印度炼油能力增速远高于国内石油需求增速,其炼油能力也已过剩,需向西往中东、大西洋盆地或向东往亚太市场出口,我国油品出口也面临着巨大的挑战和竞争。本文试图通过剖析我国周边国家炼油工业和成品油市场状况,为我国石油公司开拓海外市场、寻找产品出路提供一些思路和借鉴。 China's newly increased oil refining capacity has put into production in quantity, the growth of oil products demand slows down, which results in evident domestic oil refining over-capacity. It is predicted that domestic refineries will endure great pressure and enlarging products export will be their important choice. But o refining capacity in the Asian-Pacific region is already excess, for examples, Japan and the Republic of Korea defuse domestic capacity by largely exporting oil products; the growth rate of Indian oil refining capacity is much higher than the growth rate of domestic petroleum demand, its oil refining capacity is also already excess, needing to export to the west ( the Middle East and the Atlantic Basin) and to the east (the Asian-Pacific market); China's oil products export is also faced with huge challenges and competition. The article tries to analyze the status of oil refining ndustry and oil products market in China's neighboring countries, so as to provides some thinking and lessons for China's petroleum companies to explore overseas market and seek a way out for their products.
