脑缺血的损伤机制及相关信号通路的研究进展 被引量:36

摘要 脑缺血具有高发病率、高致残率、高死亡率等特点,为人类三大死亡疾病之一。脑缺血或缺血性脑中风是指脑内血液供应障碍导致的大脑区域性的缺血缺氧。脑缺血后将引发氧化应激、兴奋性氨基酸、离子超载、膜脂质降解、DNA损伤和炎症反应损伤等一系列的病理生理学变化,最终导致神经细胞凋亡[1]。研究表明线粒体功能障碍与脑缺血后细胞凋亡也有关联。
