摘要 [目的]建立以代森锌为代表的乙撑双二硫代氨基甲酸酯类农药在土壤中的残留测定方法。[方法]采用顶空气相色谱-质谱联用法(HS-GC/MS)测定土壤中代森锌的残留含量。[结果]在0.01~2.00 mg/kg的浓度范围内代森锌浓度与峰面积成良好的线性关系(r2〉0.99);在0~2.00 mg/kg的添加水平代森锌回收率在75.8%~104.6%,相对标准偏差为2.1%~6.7%;代森锌最低检出浓度为0.05 mg/kg。[结论]该方法简便快速、准确灵敏、重现性好,适合土壤代森锌残留含量的测定。 [ Objective] The aim was to establish a detection method for Zineb residues in soil. [ Method] The residues of Zineb were detected by headspace gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (HS-GC/MS). [ Result] In the range of 0.01 -2.00 mg/kg, the concentration of Zineb had good linearity with peak area ( r2 〉 0. 99 ). Within 0 - 2.00 mg/kg add horizontal range, Zineb recoveries ranged from 75.8% to 104.6% , and the relative standard deviation ranged from 2.1% to 6.7%. The minimum detection concentration of Zineb was 0.05 mg/kg. [ Conclusion] The method is simple, rapid and accurate sensitive with good reproducibility and suitable for the determination of Zineb residues
