通过对新形势下高校实验技术队伍发展状况和形成原因的分析,提出了从人为观念、招聘体制、职称聘任体制、管理体制以及思想认识等方面综合改进措施,为建设好一支结构合理、素质优良、比较稳定的实验技术队伍提供合理建议。

Development situation and formation reasons of experimental technique team in colleges and universities under the new circumstances are analyzed.The reasonable suggestions of how to improve an experimental technique team with reasonable structure,excellent quality and relative stability are put forward by improving concept of human,system of experimenters’ recruitment and profession appointment,management of experimenters,ideological understanding,etc.
