摘要
目的:优选三七的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以三七总皂苷的含量作为考察指标,优选三七的提取工艺条件。结果:优选的工艺为粉碎成最粗粉,加7倍量60%乙醇浸泡过夜,回流提取3次,每次1.0 h。结论:优选的提取工艺三七总皂苷提取率高,可为三七提取工艺的确定提供实验依据;该优化工艺可为工业生产提供参考。
Objective : To optimize the conditions for the extraction of Panax notoglnseng ( Burk. ) F.H.Chen. Method: Conditions for the extraction were optimized by orthogonal experimental design as guided by the content of total notoginseng saponin. Result: The optimum condition for the extraction of P.notoginseng was Psnax notoginseng shattered into the thick powder, 60% alcohol immersion for the night, reflux extracting 3 times, each time 1.0 h. Conclusion : This extraction procedure of active components in the drugs can provide experimental basis for determination of Panax notoginseng extraction technology. The optimization process can provide a reference for industrial production.
