Optimization of Panax Notoginseng Ethanol Extraction Process

目的:优选三七的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以三七总皂苷的含量作为考察指标,优选三七的提取工艺条件。结果:优选的工艺为粉碎成最粗粉,加7倍量60%乙醇浸泡过夜,回流提取3次,每次1.0 h。结论:优选的提取工艺三七总皂苷提取率高,可为三七提取工艺的确定提供实验依据;该优化工艺可为工业生产提供参考。

Objective ： To optimize the conditions for the extraction of Panax notoglnseng （ Burk. ） F.H.Chen. Method： Conditions for the extraction were optimized by orthogonal experimental design as guided by the content of total notoginseng saponin. Result： The optimum condition for the extraction of P.notoginseng was Psnax notoginseng shattered into the thick powder, 60% alcohol immersion for the night, reflux extracting 3 times, each time 1.0 h. Conclusion ： This extraction procedure of active components in the drugs can provide experimental basis for determination of Panax notoginseng extraction technology. The optimization process can provide a reference for industrial production.
