摘要
当前众多国内外企业均开展了管理培训生项目,以选拔和培养组织管理人才。但对于医院特别是公立医院,管理培训生项目仍然是一个新生事物。在当前医疗资源供需矛盾突出的环境下,医院管理水平的提高已成为亟待解决的重大课题。而要提高医院管理水平,首先就面临着如何吸引优秀的管理人才。以某公立医院为例,对公立医院开展管理培训生项目的实践进行探讨并提出优化建议。
Nowadays many companies both at home and abroad carried out management trainee project(MTP). However, MTP is still new to hospital, especially to public hospital in China. Under the obvious conflict of medical re- source, the improvement of hospital management has become the important project. In order to promote hospital management level, how to attract excellent management staff should be solved. Through taking a certain public hos- pital as an example, the practice of public hospital developing management training is explored and suggestions are proposed.
