中国特色新型智库协调发展研究--兼论江苏新型智库体系建构

The Research on the Harmonious Development of the New Think Tank with Chinese Features,Simutaniously about New Think Tank Construction in Jiangsu

本文在对智库概念、功能和中国智库发展脉络进行系统梳理的基础上,着重阐释中国特色新型智库的兴起背景和丰富内涵,探讨中国特色新型智库的治理结构、体系架构及其与党委政府决策机构、民众等相关方的互动关系,提出建立完善实践导向机制、有效运行机制、信息共享机制、交流协作机制、评价激励机制、成果转化机制和综合保障机制等七个方面的创新路径。

Based on a systematical analysis of the think-tank concept, function and Chinese think-tank development venation, the study explains the rise background and rich connotation of the new think tank with Chinese features, investigates governance structure, system architecture of the new think tank with Chinese features, and the interactive relationship between the new think-tank and Party committees and governments decision-making body, the public and other related parties, proposes the innovation way of establishing and perfecting practice guidance mechanism, operation mechanism, information sharing mechanism, collaboration mechanism, evaluation and incentive mechanism ,the transformation mechanism and comprehensive security mechanism.
