不同剂量的复合酶制剂对肉牛育肥效果的影响 被引量:7

Effects of Different Doses of Compound Enzyme Preparations on the Fattening Performance of Beef Cattle

摘要 [目的]为复合酶制剂在肉牛日粮中的科学应用提供参考。[方法]在日粮中分别添加0.1%和0.2%的复合酶制剂,探讨不同剂量酶制剂对肉牛生长性能的影响。[结果]添加0.1%和0.2%的复合酶制剂的Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组肉牛的日增重比对照组(Ⅲ组)分别提高14.7%和36.5%,差异极显著(P<0.01)。Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组肉牛的料重比较对照组分别降低17.5%和30.6%,差异极显著(P<0.01)。添加0.2%的复合酶制剂的Ⅱ组肉牛的育肥效果最好。[结论]在肉牛饲料中添加复合酶制剂可以显著提高其日增重,降低料重比,提高肉牛育肥中的经济效益。 [ Objective ] The research aimed to provide references for scientific applications of compound enzyme preparations in the diet ofbeef cattle. [ Method] 0.1% and 0.2% compound enzyme preparations were added in the diet to discuss the effects of different doses of com-pound enzyme preparations on the production performance of beef cattle. [ Resuh] The average daily gain of beef cattle in I group (adding0. 1% compound enzyme preparations) and Ⅱ group (adding 0.2% compound enzyme preparations) increased 14.7% and 36.5% respec-tively than control group( m group), with extremely significant difference (P 〈 0.01 ). The feed-gain ratio of beef cattle in I group and Ⅱ group decreased 17.5% and 30.6% respectively than control group( m group), with extremely significant difference( P 〈 0.01 ). The fatte-ning effects of beef cattle in Ⅱ group ( adding 0.2% compound enzyme preparations) were the best. [ Conclusion] Adding compound enzymepreparations in the diet could increase the average daily gain of beef cattle, reduce the feed-gain ratio and improve the economic benefits in thefattening period of beef cattle.
