从国内外高校图书馆MOOCs服务实际出发,运用SWOT分析法剖析我国高校图书馆MOOCs服务的内部与外部因素,从加强本土化实践与研究、创新MOOCs服务理念、构建MOOCs服务体系、提升图书馆MOOCs服务能力等方面探讨我国高校图书馆MOOCs服务的发展策略。

This paper uses the SWOT analytical method to study the inner and external factors which will influence the university libraries＇ MOOCs service according to the reality of the abroad university libraries＇ MOOCs service. It also studies the development strategy of the university libraries＇ MOOCs service from the aspects of strengthening local practice and research,innovating MOOCs service concepts,building MOOCs service system,promoting service abilities and so on.
