摘要 计量器具管理是天然气集输过程中重要的基础管理工作,一般采用三色标识进行区别管理。为提高计量器具管理的效率,在传统三色标识的基础上,引入二维码应用技术,建立基于B/S模式的计量器具台账信息系统,实现计量器具二维码三色标识自动生成并批量打印,利用手持扫描器实现计量器具周检计划的快速制订和检定部门的快速收样;同时利用其包含信息量大的特点,通过Wifi或移动3G由二维码手持器连接后台数据库调取器具详细信息,便于管理部门检查计量器具实物、标识和台账的统一性,满足了计量器具精细化管理的要求。 Measuring instruments management is an important and basic management work of natural gas collection and transportation. It is normally tagged with three-color logo to distinguish and manage. To improve management efficiency of measuring instruments, application of two-dimension code technology is introduced based on traditional three-color logo. The ledger information system of measuring instruments is constructed based on B/S mode. Automatic generation and batch print for three colors tagging with two-dimension code are realized. Quick formulation of weekly plan for measuring instruments and quick sample collection are realized with portable scanner. Taking the advantage of huge amount of information meanwhile, the detailed information of measuring instruments is retrieved by linking two-dimension portable scanner with backstage database through Wifi or mobile 3G. It is convenient for management department to check uniformity of material object, identification and account of measuring instruments to meet requirements of delicacy management for measuring instruments .
