摘要
为改善高级别管线钢卷取温度的控制精度,从基本控制原理出发,通过采取开发模型功能、调优模型参数、改进干头控制、完善热尾功能等措施,实现了低温卷取带钢卷取温度模型设定的稳定控制。将上述措施用于在线生产,有效提高了高级别管线钢的卷取温度精度,为顺利卷取和改善卷形缺陷奠定了基础。
To improve the coiling temperature control precision of high grade pipeline steel,a series of measures were adopted,including developing model function,tuning model parameters,improving dry head controlling,consummating head and tail function.The real practical production showed that the coiling was stable,and the coil quality was good.
