首钢X65MO海底管线钢焊接适应性研究

摘要 采用埋弧焊工艺对首钢15.9mm厚X65MO海底管线钢进行了焊接适应性研究。利用显微镜观察了焊接接头的金相组织;通过拉伸、冲击、冷弯、硬度和CTOD评价了焊接接头的力学性能;通过抗HIC试验评价了焊接接头的抗HIC性能。结果表明,首钢X65MO海底管线钢焊接接头的力学性能和抗HIC性能均达到了相应的技术标准要求,能够满足用户的使用要求。 Process of submerged arc welding is adopted to study the weldability of Shougang 15.9mm X65MO Used in Subsea Pipeline. The microstructure of welded joint was analyzed by using metallographic test. Tensile test, impact test, bending test, hardness test and CTOD test were applied to evaluate the welded joint mechanical property. And HIC test was adopt to analyze the HIC corrosion resistance properties. The results show that the mechanical and Anti-corrosion properties [ d3 ] meet the requirements of the relevant technical standards and demands of the users.
