摘要
基于新建本科院校学生就业对口率低和国家引导新建本科院校转型的背景,通过问卷调查,运用回归和因子分析法对新建本科院校学生的专业认同与择业行为进行了实证研究。研究结果表明,在新建本科院校学生的专业认同构成中,除专业偏见外,其他变量专业认同具有较强的正影响。学生在校期间的专业认同对毕业后的择业行为并不具有积极影响。最后,在原因分析基础上针对如何提升新建本科院校学生的专业认同和就业对口率提出建议。
Based on the background of low employment match rate and the transformation of Newly-established undergraduate col- leges, the paper empirical analyzed the major identity in the major of property management during the period of school and the influ- ence on employment act after postgraduate by using the method of regression analysis and factor analysis. Research results show that, professional consciousness, professional teaching, professional values and professional environment have strong positive effects on pro- fessional identity in the form of major identity, professional prejudice with a weak negative effect on professional identity. The major identity of newly-established undergraduate colleges undergraduate students during the period of School does not have a positive im- pact on the employment act after postgraduate. Finally, the paper gives some suggestions for how to improve the major identity and professional employment match rate of newly-established undergraduate colleges students.
