燃气管道泄漏立体式隐患排查及危险性评估 被引量:4

摘要 燃气使用场所属于高危区域,为了更全面地对燃气管网进行隐患排查工作,避免当前检测方法的不足,本文提出了燃气管道立体式隐患排查模式和危险性评估新思路。该模式在燃气管道泄漏隐患排查过程中不仅要排查燃气管网泄漏,还要排查环境不良隐患和管理欠缺隐患,通过前期准备、中期测试和后期的数据整理及结果分析三个步骤,得到燃气使用场所常见的隐患类型,并根据制定的隐患分级标准,将每个不同的燃气使用场所进行危险等级划分,最后提出相应的整改措施。该研究对城市燃气管网安全运行和安全管理具有指导意义。 Places where gas is used are generally regarded as high-risk areas.For the purpose of a more comprehensive hidden troubles checking work of gas pipeline network and avoiding the shortcomings of the current detection methods,this paper proposes a three-dimensional gas pipeline network checking model.This model requires not only checking the gas pipeline leakage but also checking the environmental hidden troubles and the hidden troubles of mismanagement in the checking work.There are three stages:the early preparation,the mid-term testing and the later stage data processing.Through the three stages,the paper gets the common hidden troubles in gas-used areas.Afterwards,it ranks the risks in different gas-used areas based on the risk classification standards.At last,the paper proposes some corrective measures.The research has guiding significance for the safety operation and management of gas pipeline network in cities.
