摘要 以钢铁厂废水处理工艺为研究对象,提出钢铁厂废水余热回收的系统方案,将分离式热管换热器应用于该系统中。结合该钢铁厂的余热特点,针对具体方案进行分析计算,确定最优结构的热管换热器。结果表明,该钢铁厂采用热管技术可节约大量的成本且投资回收期短,可知,该技术值得推广应用。 By taking the wastewater treatment processes of steel plants as the research object, it proposed the system plan of wastewater heat recovery in steel plants to apply the separate heat pipe exchanger in this system. According to the characteristics of waste heat in steel plant, it analytically calculated the specific plan and confirmed the heat pipe exchanger with optimal structure. It is shown that the heat pipe technology this steel plant adopted could greatly cut the costs and has short payback period. Therefore, this technology is worth popularization and application.
