摘要
介绍了应用虚拟样机仿真软件——ADAMS(Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical Systems,机械系统动力学自动分析)在机械原理课程中进行机构动力学求解与机构设计优化的原理与方法,分析了传统机构教学方法的缺点以及虚拟样机仿真软件在机构教学中的应用过程。通过分别对内燃机机构、共轭凸轮机构进行仿真,说明了ADAMS软件在机械原理机构动力学教学以及机构创新设计与优化中的应用。
The principle and method of virtual prototype simulation software—ADAMS using in modeling and dynamic simulation of mechanism system is introduced. Traditional teaching methods are analyzed and the application course of virtual prototype simulation software in mechanism teaching is given. Taking an engine mechanism and conjugate cam mechanism as examples, application of ADAMS in teaching dynamic, design and optimization of mechanism in theory of mechanism and machinery are illuminated.
