胜利东二号露天煤矿褐煤提质方法探究

Research on upgrading of lignite from Shenglidong No.two open pit mine

针对胜利东二号露天煤矿四号煤采出、销售、存放困难的现状,通过加强采煤工作面施工组织管理,制定煤质管理制度,采用双干工艺和手选排矸提高褐煤煤质,并通过打包销售、优劣质煤掺配销售、建设坑口电厂等措施,降低生产成本,增加销售收入,减少环境污染,积极推动绿色矿山建设。

According to the problems of the mining,selling and storage of No.4 coal existed in Shenglidong No.2 open pit coal mine,puts forward the methods of strengthening construction organization management of coal working face,establishing coal quality management system,using double drying process and hand picking gangue to improve lignite quality,and also through the package selling,blended with high quality coal,construction pit power plants and other comprehensive measures,so that reduced the production costs,increased sales revenue,reduce environmental pollution,and actively promote the green mine construction.
