关于ICU内器官捐献的伦理思考

医院的重症加强护理病房作为器官捐献潜在者信息主要来源地、部分医院器官摘取地,在实际工作中,应该处理好以下几方面的关系:器官捐献与全力抢救、脑死亡与心死亡判定、协调沟通与知情同意、人文关怀与重症监护、器官获取与维护尊严,以及特殊人群与自愿捐献等六种关系,以使在ICU内的器官捐献既遵守法律法规,又符合伦理道德。
