摘要
基于纯水液压技术研究现状及现有综采工作面以乳化液为工作介质液压系统存在的不足,提出了基于现场矿井水处理技术为基础的综采工作面纯水液压系统的思路,并阐述了煤炭开采过程中综采工作面纯水液压系统的可能性,并从综采工作面液压系统主要组成部分如矿井水处理技术、水质自动检测系统、液压元件包括动力源、控制阀、液压缸、连接管路等几部分分别介绍其最新研究现状及应用纯水介质存在的技术瓶颈与可能的解决手段进行阐述。
Based on the research status of water hydraulic technology and the defect of the current working medium of the mechanized coal face,the idea that we make water as the only medium of the mechanized coal face is put forward.By analyzing the aspects for the mine water treatment technologies,power sources,control valves,hydraulic cylinders,connecting pipes and other parts,it is concluded that it is feasible to use the treated mine water as the working medium of the system of the mechanized coal face.
