顺尔宁对支气管哮喘患者的疾病相关细胞因子影响 被引量:13

摘要 目的分析顺尔宁对支气管哮喘患者血清及痰液的疾病相关细胞因子的影响。方法将180例支气管哮喘患者随机分成两组,顺尔宁组和常规治疗组各90例,并纳入同时间健康志愿者90例作为对照组。常规治疗组给予抗炎、解痉、平喘等对症治疗,顺尔宁组在此基础上临睡前口服顺尔宁。分析支气管患者与对照组间血清及痰液中疾病相关细胞因子白细胞介素5(IL-5)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素8(IL-8)、嗜酸粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)和转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)水平差异;比较治疗前后顺尔宁组和常规治疗组间血清及痰液中疾病相关细胞因子水平差异。结果支气管哮喘患者血清及痰液中疾病相关因子IL-5、IL-8、TNF-α、ECP和TGF-β1水平均显著高于对照组,P<0.05。治疗2、6周后,顺尔宁组血清和痰液中疾病相关因子IL-5、IL-8、TNF-α、ECP和TGF-β1水平均显著低于常规治疗组,P<0.05。结论顺尔宁能有效降低支气管哮喘患者血清及痰液中疾病相关细胞因子,有利于疾病的康复。 Objective To observe the influence of singulair on disease-related cytokines in serum and spu-tum of patients with bronchial asthma.Methods 1 80 patients with bronchial asthma in our hospital were randomly divided into the singulair group and the conventional therapy group,90 cases in each group.At the same time,90 healthy volunteers were taken as the control group.The conventional therapy group was given basic treatment,such as anti-inflammatory,antispasmodic and asthma according to patient's condition,and the singulair group was additionally treated with singulair.Then the disease-related cytokines such as IL-5,IL-8,TNF-α,ECP,and TGF-β1 in serum and sputum of patients with bronchial asthma and the control group were also compared.Results The disease-relat-ed cytokines such as IL-5,IL-8,TNF-α,ECP,and TGF-β1 in serum and sputum of patients with bronchial asthma were all significantly higher than those in the control group (all P〈0.05 ).2 and 6 weeks after the treatment,the se-rum and sputum levels of IL-5,IL-8,TNF-α,ECP,and TGF-β1 in the singulair group were all significantly higher than those in the conventional therapy group (all P〈0.05 ).Conclusion Singulair can effectively reduce the levels of disease-related cytokines in serum and sputum of patients with bronchial asthma.
