摘要 通过对人工蜂群算法的分析研究,利用其摇摆指数更新和适应度更新能加快收敛速度并获得一个相对稳定的结构拓扑优化最优值的优点,将人工蜂群算法引入到起重机主梁的结构拓扑优化,验证了其有效性和适用性。实验结果表明,优化后的起重机主梁符合其各种性能要求,能满足工程需求,降低了生产成本,对起重机的结构设计具有重要意义。 Through the analysis and research of artificial bee colony algorithm,the desirable conclusions are obtained by the results of the example of Bridge Crane beam this example adopts the advantages that the waggle index update rule and fitness update scheme are developed and applied for obtaining stable and robust optimal topology and accelerating convergence rate,and examined its effectiveness and applicability in structural topology optimization.Experimental results show that after the topology optimizations the beam structure is more appropriate the requirements and can meet the actual needs of the project. It also can reduce the production cost of crane and has great significance for the structure design of crane.
