摘要
作为一种新兴的旅游方式,葡萄酒旅游在国内的发展尚处于起步阶段,相关研究开展也仅10余年。通过对相关文献的研读和梳理,发现现有的研究主要集中在国外葡萄酒旅游发展经验及相关研究进展的介绍,国内葡萄酒旅游资源的评价分析,葡萄酒旅游者及市场营销,葡萄酒旅游开发策略探讨,以及基于其它视角的研究。同时,现有的研究存在研究内容肤浅重复、研究方法简单、缺乏与行业和国外学者的交流等不足。未来应注重多学科的参与和多角度的探讨,通过在产业协作、目的地管理、国外案例研究等方向上深入研究,加以改进。
As a newly - emerging style of tourism, the development of wine tourism in China is still in its infancy, and the re- lated research has been carried out only over ten years or so. Through a close reading and reviewing related documents, we find that current research achievements mainly include five aspects : introduction of overseas experience and related research progress of wine tourism, evaluation and analysis of domestic wine tourism resources, investigation on the tourist and marketing, exploration of de- velopment strategies as well as other studies based on special perspective. It is also found that the existing researches have some de- ficiencies, such as the superficial and repetitive contents, simple research methods, and a lack of communication with the profes- sion and foreign researchers. In the future, researches in the field need to be improved by focusing on industrial cooperation, desti- nation management and overseas case studies etc. In addition, we should pay attention to the multi-discipline involvement and multi-angle analysis.
