摘要
采用恒位移压缩存储和重复压缩释放两种静态压缩加载方式,对航天器收纳箱体缓冲材料聚酰亚胺泡沫材料进行了初步研究,通过静态压缩试验模拟该收纳箱体缓冲材料在航天器部件长期存储运输以及冲击振动环境中实际使用情况,分析聚酰亚胺泡沫材料力学性能、回弹量等变化,对航天器收纳箱体后续设计起到参考作用。
Constant displacement and repeated compression and releasing compression loading are used to preliminarily study the storage case spacecraft polyimide foam cushioning materials. Through static compression test actual usage of storage box cushioning materials is stimulated for long-term storage and transport shock and vibration environment in spacecraft components, meanwhile, the mechanical properties and rebound amount changes of the polyimide foam are analyzed, playing a reference role in subsequent spacecraft cabinet design.
