摘要
针对伺服卡控制参数在汽机调速汽门现场调试整定过程中,设置随意性大,无法定量测试分析的问题,提出一种汽轮机调速系统伺服卡控制参数测试技术与应用方法。介绍了测试系统的硬件设备、测试步骤以及伺服卡控制参数的计算方法。通过应用实例对测试结果进行仿真计算与实际试验校核,验证了该测试技术与应用方法满足电力系统稳定性计算分析要求。提出的测试技术及应用方法解决了伺服卡控制参数无法定量测试的技术难题。
Aiming at the problem of random set of control parameters in tuning the of servo card parameters during the field debugging process of steam turbine governing valve which cannot be quantitatively analyzed, a testing technology and application method for servo card control parameters of steam turbine governing system is proposed. Hardware equipment, testing step and calculation method of servo card control parameters of the testing system are introduced. Based on application example, test results are checked by simulation calculation and actual test, which verified that the testing technology and application method can meet the analysis requirement in power system stability calculation. The proposed testing technology and application method solved the difficult technical problem of servo card control parameters which cannot be quantitatively tested.
