摘要
【目的】利用响应面分析法优化啤酒花茎梗中总黄酮的微波提取工艺。【方法】以总黄酮得率为评价指标,在单因素试验结果的基础上,选择乙醇浓度、料液比、微波时间和微波火力为考察因素,利用Box-Behnken响应面分析法确定最佳提取工艺条件。【结果】啤酒花茎梗中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件为:乙醇浓度68%(v/v),料液比1∶15 g/m L,微波时间44 s,微波火力80%。在此条件下总黄酮得率为33.79 mg/g。【结论】响应面优化得到的提取条件合理可靠,是提取啤酒花茎梗中总黄酮的可行方法。
【Objective】The aim of the project is to optimize the microwave extraction technology of total flavonoids from the stems of hops by using response surface analysis methodology. 【Method】On the basis of single factor,four main factors: ethanol concentration,solid- liquid ratio,microwave time and microwave power,Box- Behnken response surface methodology were employed for selecting the optimum extraction process by the indexes of the contents of total flavonoids from the stems of hops. 【Result】Total flavonoids of optimum extraction conditions were as follows,68%( v / v) of the ethanol concentration,liquid- solid ratio of1∶ 15 g / m L,microwave time of 44 s,microwave power of 80%. Under these conditions,the total flavonoids content was 33. 79 mg / g. 【Conclusion】The extraction process obtained by response surface methodology was stable,reasonable,accurate and reliable. It was a feasible method to extract the total flavonoids from the stems of hops.
