摘要
根据制造核级阀门的有关标准,需对核级阀门电动执行机构进行湿热试验。将执行机构放入高低温湿热试验箱内进行湿热试验,试验后,未发现设备表面有腐蚀现象,随后在测试台上检测了电动执行机构的各项参数,全行程的运行参数均在规定范围内,执行机构的输出力矩较稳定,验证了核级阀门电动执行机构在湿热条件下的工作性能。
In accordance with the relevant standards of nuclear class valve, the damp heat test was carried, in order to assess the adaptability of nuclear-grade electric actuator in damp and hot environment, According to the required condition, the high-low temperature test-box was put into the damp heat test box to carry on the test. And then no signs of corrosion was found on the surface of actuator. The performance parameters of electric actuator was tested on the test table. All operation parameters are within the limitation. The test proved that the nuclear-grade electric actuator could work normally and the performance characteristics was not affected in damp and hot environment.
