气相色谱质谱法测定纺织品中4种邻苯二甲酸酯残留量

Determination of 4 phthalates residues in textiles by GC-MS

针对Oeko-Tex Standard 100：2012版限用物质清单中新增的4种邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂,采用V（二氯甲烷）∶V（丙酮）=2∶1作为提取剂,建立了气相色谱质谱联用法测定纺织品中DHNUP、DIHP等4种邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂残留量的检测方法.该方法对纺织品中4种邻苯二甲酸酯化合物的检测限为10~50 mg/kg,方法的检测质量浓度线性范围为0.4-50 mg/L,样品的加标回收率为80%-102%.该方法可以满足纺织品中DHNUP、DIHP等邻苯二甲酸酯检测的需要.

Aiming at 4 new forbidden phthalates plasticizers in Oeko-Tex Standard 100：2012, a new analytical method was developed for determination of 4 phthalates plasticizers residues in textiles by gas chromatography mass spectrometry （GC-MS） with F（methylene chloride）： V（acetone）=2：1 as extraction solvent. The determination limit was 10~50 mg/kg. The line arrange was 0.4~50 mg/L, and the standard addition recovery rate was 80%-102%. The method is suitable for the determination of DHNUP and DIHP phthalates in textiles.
