摘要
苏州作为国内第一个建设城市轨道交通的地级城市,在轨道交通建设中十分重视工程风险管理,在1号线建设过程中全过程实施动态风险评估技术,通过开展工程建设现场风险管理,有效地控制了工程建设风险,为苏州轨道交通1号线建设安全提供了保障,同时,为国家其他城市轨道工程建设提供参考.
Suzhou as a prefectural level city in Jiangsu province began to build its urban rail transit firstly in 2007. And it puts much attention to the risk management of subway construction. The dynamic risk assess- ment technology has well implemented in the process of the entire line No. 1 construction, so as to provide an effective method to control the construction risk and reduce the risk loss. The engineering practice proves that the risk management can lower the potential risk during the project construction and give a good reference for other cities' subway construction.
