关于微型外支架在髌骨骨折治疗中的应用体会

Clinical research of external fixation for the patella fractures

目的：探讨微型外支架治疗髌骨骨折的临床效果。方法：回顾分析2007年8月～2010年11月应用微型（掌指）骨外支架固定治疗髌骨骨折65例。结果：随访3～10个月，65例均获得骨性愈合，除1例粉碎性骨折因合并脑外伤不配合功能训练导致膝关节功能差外，其余功能良好，优良率97％，无感染、骨折移位及骨性关节炎发生等并发症。结论：掌骨外支架可以用于治疗髌骨横形骨折，尤其是开放性骨折，具有操作简便，创伤小，疗效可靠的优点。

Objective：To evaluate the application of external fixation in patella fractures .Methods：From August 2007 to November 2010 ,65 cases of patellar fracture by minimally invasive outer support fixation were studied retrospectively .Results：All the patients who were followed up for the average of 4 months（range from 3 to 10 months）had got bone fusion.The patients had evidence of good function except one case who got head injury didn＆#39;t do excises.No infection, displacement ,osteoarthritis were noted.the efficient of operation was 97%.Conclusion：The micro-outer support fixation were effective treatments for transverse of patellar fracture ,especial the open patellar fracture.It could easy operating , and litte trauma.
