复明片治疗老年性白内障初发期的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating senile cataract of onset with the Fuming tablet

目的:探讨复明片对初发期老年性白内障治疗的临床效果。方法:选择我院2013年1月-2014年3月收治的103例老年性白内障患者做回顾性分析,随机分为对照组50例、观察组53例,观察组采取复明片和维生素、白内停进行治疗,对照组使用维生素、障眼明片和白内停进行治疗,对两组患者治疗后效果进行对比分析。结果:经治疗后,观察组治疗显效患者41例,显效率为77.4%,治疗有效率为92.5%,对照组治疗显效患者31例,治疗显效率为62.0%,有效率为78.0%,(P<0.05)差异有统计学意义。结论:复明片对老年性白内障初发期患者有显著疗效,可快速缓解症状,是一种安全有效的治疗方式。

Objective： To study clinical effects of the Fuming tablet on senile cataract. Methods： 103 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, the observation group was given the Fuming tablet, vitamins and Bainei stop, the control group was given vitamin, Zhangyan Ming and Bainei stop. Results： After treatment, in the observation group, 41 cases were markedly improved, for 77.4%, efficacy was 92.5%; in the control group, 31 cases were markedly improved, for 62.0%, the efficacy was 78.0% （P〈0.05）, difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： The Fuming tablet shows good effects, can relieve symptoms quickly, is a kind of safe and effective treatment.
